Your FiveM script lands in your Tebex account the moment the payment clears. Tebex emails you the download link, and the script also shows up in your Tebex account under "My Purchases". If nothing has arrived within 1 hour, ping us on Discord.
By default, each Avenida script license covers one FiveM server (one Cfx.re Forum ID). If you run several separate servers and need a multi-server license, ask us on Discord. We do bundle pricing for established server networks.
Yes. Every script you buy from Avenida Scripts gets free updates for life. They land in your Tebex account automatically, and you get an email when a new version is out. No subscription, no upgrade fee.
All our FiveM scripts work with ESX and QBCore out of the box. Some also run standalone, with no framework at all. The supported frameworks are listed on every product page. If you're not sure, ask on Discord before you buy.
Join the Avenida Scripts Discord. Every script has its own support channel: post your server version, your framework and what exactly goes wrong. First reply averages under 4 hours during business hours. Please don't open several tickets for the same issue.
No. All Avenida scripts ship under a personal proprietary license delivered through Tebex escrow. Redistributing, reselling, sharing or modifying the code for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and Cfx.re escrow blocks it technically. We report violations to Cfx.re.
Because our products are digital (instant delivery, the code is in your hands right away), we don't refund as a rule. The exception is a script that doesn't work and that we haven't fixed within 7 business days of you reporting it on Discord. In that case, write to contact@avenidascripts.com.
