Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms govern every sale of digital products (FiveM scripts, resources, MLOs, UI packs) made through avenidascripts.com and processed on the Tebex platform.

2. Products

All products are digital files meant for use on FiveM servers. They are sold as is, with a non-transferable license to use them.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros, tax included. Payment is handled by Tebex (card, PayPal, Paysafecard), and Tebex secures the transaction.

4. Delivery

Delivery is instant by email once the payment is confirmed. If nothing arrives within 1h, contact support on Discord or by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

6. Your license

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license tied to a single Cfx.re Forum ID. Reselling, redistributing, sharing or modifying the code for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Support and updates

Every purchase includes access to the support Discord and free lifetime updates. Response times are indicative and apply during business hours.

8. Liability

Avenida Scripts cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the products, nor for incompatibilities with untested third-party resources.

9. Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties will look for an amicable settlement first. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
